The hotel is located very close to stores, restaurants, antique shops, and the Pepsi-Cola museum. The staff is attentive and incredibly helpful at all times. The location is magnificent, right by the historic downtown area.

The location is marvelous and pleasant with restaurants, shopping, and antique shops nearby. There is a variety of outstanding food for breakfast.

The rooms were reasonably large with a spa tub, thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were especially helpful and very friendly throughout our 4-day stay. Venue's location was prime and nice, close to the historic downtown. The hotel was 10 minutes by car from Neuse Boulevard Cinema.

Quiet hotel, good base for a trip in New Bern! Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Magnificent location not far from New Bern and restaurant options and attentive and helpful staff. Also, to the historic downtown.

Convenient location near the historic downtown, just by the historic district 📍. Everything was nice and pleasant during my stay. The prime position of this place made it even better.

The breakfast was great. They had healthy options. We used the fitness room and enjoyed it very much. I tripped and fail and got carpet burns on my face. We decided to leave early. They didn't charge me for the nights that we didn't stay. I liked the idea of offering item you forgot at the front desk for free.

I am not sure about what I didn't like but I tripped and fail and got carpet burns on my face. I guess the quality of the carpet was just to good. Except for the burns, that is a good review also.

My stay here was pleasant overnight. Really enjoyed New Bern, the hotel was comfortable to the historic downtown. The location was prime and exceptionally nice. Not far from antique shops and the Pepsi-Cola museum, the waterfront and shopping mall.

I am an amputee (right foot). Handicap bathroom was very spacous and easy to shower. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of power outlets around the room. I liked the way the second floor had a balcony overlooking the lobby area. Every staff member seemed to go out of the way to be helpful.

Entry drive and parking lot were a little confined for a Ford F-150. I moved to the parking area on other side of the building which was much better. It would have been helpful if the shower hose had a valve to stop the water flow without readjusting the main knob. Since I must shower from a seated position, it would have been nice if the hose had been longer. There was a loud talker in the kitchen area who made it hard to eat breakfast. However, none of this would keep me from coming back.

The room was clean and cozy, with a relaxing spa tub, leading to a restful night's sleep; the hotel is conveniently situated near the charming historic downtown area.

This was our second time staying at this Holiday Inn express. The staff is very nice and friendly, and they have coffee and cookies all day long. The breakfast is very good, and there is plenty to choose from. The location is also a plus, there are restaurants and shopping centers on the same road and a Target right across the street. We will def stay here again because we know exactly what we are getting, great service, comfortable rooms, wifi, large breakfast, and a great location!
